Yes, you can definitely freeze your soups - however if you plan to do this, we recommend removing a tiny bit of soup from your jar prior to freezing. We fill the jars up to the top - when you freeze them, the product expands and if too full, will push the lid off.

To unfreeze, just remove the lid and pop in the microwave to defrost.

Shipments go out Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via 2-day service

Place your order by noon central time on Mon, Tue, or Wed for it to ship out that day, otherwise it will ship out the following day

If your order is placed after noon central time on Wednesday, it will not ship until the following Monday

Upon shipment, you will receive a separate email with tracking information
