Our Fav Apps To Stay Fit On-The-Go or At Home

With technology at an all time high, it is no surprise that we have access to some pretty amazing tools that can help us on our fitness journey. There are fitbits, apple watches, heart monitors, and apps. Apps that can be linked to these other forms of weight loss technology. There are such great benefits to using a fitness app in your health journey. It provides you with a routine anywhere that you are, and within the comfort of your own space. Another great benefit of using fitness apps is they can track your progress throughout the day. It tracks progress by showing your calorie intake, heart rate, or calories burned.

One of  our favorite apps is: Sweat with Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Fitness Workouts.

Sweat with Kayla is a new interactive portable coaching app which houses the BBG (bikini body guide) workouts, allowing women to stick to their health and fitness goals. The Sweat with Kayla app is made up several features which change slightly depending on what week you are on. These features are resistance workouts, LISS workouts, HIIT workouts, stretching, and even shows you the proper form of all the workouts. The best feature about the app, is that it provides a grocery list from the daily menus she creates.

A great website to use is Spotebi, a no equipment home workout site! The best thing about this site is that it gives you everything you need for a great workout. You can first pick what you want to target- then it gives you multiple varieties of that workout They also describe each workout so you are able to properly do them. They also include, a timer, a spotify playlist, and a calorie counter. So what I am saying is that it provides you with everything you need, including a great playlist to fit the workout.

There are of course a ton of options out there when it comes to apps and websites,  but we just wanted to share a couple of our favorites!
